Support Packages
At Learn ICT, we not only provide training but can also do one-on-one or small group support. For example, you have done some Joomla training, and understood the concepts but are not quite confident to create your site by yourself. We can help you with either face-to-face mentoring or remote assistance using web conferencing.
Or perhaps you have engaged in some Learning Management System training for your whole staff. To ensure the project gets off to a good start and the training is not wasted, you could get some mentoring assistance. We can sit with your staff and help them build their virtual classroom!
If you have needs for support for other software, please contact us - we'd love to see if we can help! If you know you need quite a few hours help, you can prepay for them and save money compared to paying for the same number of hours at the casual rate.
